Grzegrzolka, Angela
Angela Grzegrzolka is a Brisbane artist who has been painting for many years but only began exhibiting in 2007. Since then, she has been involved in numerous group shows in several galleries and completed many commissions.
Artist Statement
Angela has an education degree with an emphasis on visual arts and has worked as an art teacher for Catholic Education in Primary schools for much of the last decade.
Angela has recently completed a children’s book which she has written and illustrated and hopes to have published. Recently, she was commissioned to illustrate an educational publication which is now in print.
Whilst Angela paints a variety of subjects from landscapes to nudes she has experienced considerable success in portraiture and has been commissioned to complete a number of works.
With her focus now shifting from education to the production of her own artwork, Angela is presently exhibiting in Martin Galleries in Nundah, Brisbane
