The theme of Light has had the boys working hard and has produced some very interesting artworks.

The St Patrick’s College Shorncliffe Art Club was created to meet the needs of the school’s artists. It is a place for like-minded creators to get together to make art, talk about art and for all things art-based. Art Club members are creative, funny, supportive, enthusiastic dedicated and of course, talented.

Martin Galleries has provided this opportunity for the boys of the Art Club to gain experience at a professional level in the ‘Art World’. These exhibitions offer a rare opportunity for the boys to learn professional practice while gaining experience at exhibiting and curating in a ‘real world’ situation - nothing replaces experience. The works created show a deep understanding of the ‘language’ of the image and will surprise you with the maturity and authority of brushwork and construction.
