A recent trip to Sydney (pre COVID 19) inspired me to create this timeless classic landscape with a twist, in black and white. I had forgotten just how powerful black and white is, "Sydney Harbour Storm" has a very strong narrative, but still invites you to overlay your own. My intention was to create a work that used one of our most loved icons, and present it in a new and fresh style. I hope you like "Sydney Harbour Storm". At 90 x 150cm (acrylic on canvas) it has real presence and power.
